Kaitlyn Hova is a Berklee College of Music educated 5 string electric violinist. The appeal of her dark, playful, refined style and musical prowess has allowed her to float among a variety of genres, from classical concerts to raw rock shows to pulsing electronica. Kaitlyn uses her synesthesia to perform with a live light show displaying the colors she experiences with her music in real time, which has been featured at The World Science Festival and at TEDx Omaha.
Having been musically raised performing on stage with the musicians of Mannheim Steamroller, Kaitlyn has also shared the stage with Rod Stewart, Josh Groban, Trans Siberian Orchestra, The Canadian Tenors, Mary J. Blige, Michael Bublé, and many other local and national artists. Kaitlyn has also branched out into producing her own string driven electronic music, performing with DJs, composing film scores, and musical arranging.
Other performances include performing the national anthem for The College World Series several times, performing the national anthem at The Jet Award, being a featured performer for Sporting Kansas City, and being Omaha Fashion Week’s resident solo electric violinist entertainer on the runway.
